This modern 2-room apartment with a size of 65 m² spread over two levels and offers 2-3 people plenty of space on vacation. On the ground floor there is the bedroom, equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and wardrobe, as well as the daylight bathroom, which offers you bathtub, shower with real glass partition and vanity unit / WC. A staircase leads to the bright, spacious living area with seating area, TV and blue-ray player. From the west-facing balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator etc. and the dining table are also integrated in the living room. A second balcony, which is accessible from the kitchen and faces east, already attracts the guests for breakfast in the open air. Upstairs there is a guest toilet. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. During the winter months, guests can enjoy a sauna for free on different days in the neighboring building. Please note that a deposit of 50,00 Euro has to be paid upon arrival.

On the Kulm welcomes you in a quiet, park-like complex the holiday home "Valentino". The spacious rooms for up to 3 people are stylish and high quality, which immediately sets a comfortable holiday feeling - especially in the morning breakfast on the balcony with partial sea view. Children will enjoy the small playground with two swings, seesaw and spring toy on the property. In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the Heringsdorf pier. It is 508 m the longest pier in Germany. In addition, in the center are the popular concert shell and the largest beach chair in the world!To round off the wellness program on holiday, a free communal sauna welcomes you from mid-September to mid-May (16:00 - 22:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays) in the neighboring house Annette. At these times you can warm yourself up and relax on several sun loungers and in a small sitting area: In the "Haus Valentino" you can use a bicycle storage room and, for a fee, a washing machine and dryer.   To get to the property, you will receive a remote control on arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival.
