This villa offers everything you need for a great vacation. A very well equipped, quietly located property with lots of space and a nice, heated pool. In good weather, which is almost always the case here, you can enjoy yourself in the 8 mx 4 m pool and in winter you can relax by the fire from the open fireplace. It is not far to the sea and excellent restaurants. Or you can use the fully equipped kitchen for a dinner on the terrace at sunset.

Eine Villa zum Wohlfühlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gut aufgeteilte Zimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, zum schönen Sandstrand circa 5 Minuten Autofahrt, Lebensmittel Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Hausmeister sehr gut erreichbar, praktisch die ganze Zeit vor Ort.

Zeer mooie, grote en luxe woning

Zeer mooie tijd gehad in deze woning. Veel luxe, zeer groot en heerlijk zwembad. De verzorging van beheerder Ahmet was zeer goed. Als ik al een minpuntje moet noemen, zeg ik het tekort aan (grote) handdoeken, er is geen droger hoewel de advertentie zegt dat die er wel is en de wegen rondom het huis zijn niet goed bekend bij Google Maps (lastig als je een taxi besteld). Maar over het algemeen zeer tevreden en we komen terug!

Great property with most things provided. Secure location on the quieter side of Side. Access to Side old town only 6/7 minutes away by car and some good local restaurants 6/7 minutes away using rubble path. Would recommend to friends and relatives confident they would like it.

Super Urlaub

Der Urlaub in diesem Haus war für uns alle super. Ein Plan zur Pool Reinigung wäre sehr gut, dann kann der Gast sich darauf einstellen. Der Check-out war nicht so gut, da der Hausmeister nicht zu erreichen war. Ansonsten war es super und würden jeder Zeit wieder in diesem Haus unser Urlaub verbringen.

Stunning Villa

The photos do not do justice to this amazing villa. Yes you do need a car but it’s a great location as it is private and very quiet yet in a 5 min drive you are on the beach or in ancient Side or at some great bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend highly enough
