--THE PROPERTY--
This 2 bedroom home is located in a quiet cove in Rocky Mount, Missouri, sitting on about 1 acre of mostly wooded land. There is lake access at the 5 - mile marker of the Gravois Arm in this peaceful cove. You'll be a short drive from the Bagnell Dam and many of our popular restaurants and attractions we have here at the Lake of The Ozarks. The dock is available for guests to use for swimming or lounging, and space for a 25ft. boat. There is space available for 2 PWC, and a Kayak for guest use.

Kitchen & Dining
The primary kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee pot, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'll need for on-site cooking. The dining area provides seating for 5 guests and there is additional seating outside on the deck. There is a propane BBQ grill and a propane griddle available for guests outside on the patio.

Outdoor Spaces
In addition to the main deck just off the lower level, there is a gravel area with a wood firepit that is great for roasting s'mores, playing cornhole or just visiting with friends and family (we even provide the cornhole game for you!) There is also a waterfront "martini" deck that has steps for swimming and two PWC platforms. The boat dock is available for fishing or hanging out, there is space available for a 25ft. boat in the slip. There are propane firepits available for guest use. Overall the outdoor spaces are a great place to enjoy the lake, enjoy nature with the surrounding trees and wildlife and enjoy some down time!

Rental Agreement | A signed Rental Agreement must be returned before check-in details will be provided.
Age Requirement | The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, AND the primary renter must be staying at the property. We do not allow anyone to rent it for use by or on behalf of others.
Smoking | Absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.
Pets | Certain dogs may be allowed at this property with a nonrefundable pet deposited and signed Pet Agreement, but there is a quantity and size limit so details must be disclosed and discussed in advance. Since owners and other guests may have had animals in the property prior to your arrival, if you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us to discuss.
Parties | We do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations.

Fishing Trip
We had a great stay at the dock holiday. We were in town for a fishing tournament, with the low water, we were accommodated with a neighbors dock so we could still dock the boat at night- so that was extremely helpful. The outdoor area and deck was perfect for all the time we spent outside with our dogs. We had bon fires each night and the weather could have not been more perfect. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Thanksgiving on the Lake
Great get away for a few days. House was very cozy, plenty of room for my wife and I, and dogs. Great location in a quiet cove on the lake.

Relaxing Cabin
Overall good place to stay. It is the last cabin in the cove so pretty tucked back. We were still able to swim off the dock. The paddle board and kayak were really nice additions. We had to get in touch with the property manager for a couple of things during our stay and they were very responsive and nice. Inside was clean but the outside could use some work, however we get lake properties take a lot to maintain. We were satisfied with our stay.

4th of July Getaway!
We stayed here over the 4th Of July weekend, and the house was absolutely awesome! My 80 yo grandma could sit on the deck and watch as my wife, kids (4 & 2), mom, sister, brother-in-law, and our pups swam off the dock! In the mornings we cooked great breakfasts on the griddle, and at night we grilled and sat next to the fire. The house had just enough room for all of us, and even had space for our doggos. The different sitting areas gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water. The dock sits in about 6.5 feet of water, and was perfect for floating. My oldest (4) had so much fun jumping in off the dock. It sits at the back of the cove, so getting a boat in is tough, and the neighbors not parking properly makes it even more so. They were nice enough to move after a bit though. I will 100% recommend this place as a lake getaway, and Kelci the property manager was absolutely amazing with all the mundane questions I had! Thanks for letting us use your little slice of paradise!!!
