The location of the apartment is away from the pedestrian areas Alter Strom and beach promenade, but these are within walking distance. Behind the house is a parking space, which is available to you for the duration of your stay.

The beautiful and bright 2-room apartment in the 1 floor with about 55m² living space awaits you here. The living room is equipped with a sitting area, TV and access to the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The tub in the bathroom invites you to relax. In the separate kitchen is a dining table. You are welcome to use the parking in the yard during your stay. Note: Currently there may be noise disturbances due to construction in the neighborhood, which may affect you as well.

Gunstig gelegen nabij het centrum en winkels. Eigen parkeerplaats maar wel krap. Sobere inrichting en bedden te laag; wel ruime kamers.

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr spartanisch auf, das Sofa komplett durchgesessen (nicht nutzbar) . Die Wohnung war nicht vorgeheizt so das wir in einer ausgekühlten Wohnung eingezogen sind, dafür waren aber die Betten sehr bequem und das Bettzeug schön warm leider ist die Beleuchtung von der kleinen Komödie sehr hell im Schlafzimmer. der Parkplatz stammt noch aus trabi Zeiten .
