Decent but...

The house itself is new and in good condition. Owner should fire their cleaning staff or have someone local to verify thorough cleaning between guests. House had long-term dust buildup on baseboards, appliances, and fixtures - when you have asthma this is a big deal. There were some dirty linens still in the laundry room and remnants of prior guests on floors and some of the bedding. The good news is the host was very responsive and had their cleaner back soon after we checked in. Unfortunately they still didn't do a thorough job so my wife took a trip to the store for some cleaning supplies to make it suffice while she also washed all bedding. Furnishings we lacking: no dressers in any bedrooms to unpack our suitcases, no nightstands to set our stuff on at night or lamps and insufficient amount of hangars in closets. This is obviously a fairly new VRBO and the host was great at communicating so hopefully they'll make this a great stay by updating their furnishings and holding their cleaning service more accountable.

Good house in Denver, but it needs to be better stocked with basic amenities...

We stayed at this house On our Colorado vacation. It is a new house and development, about 15 minutes from Denver International Airport. There is adequate parking in the garage and driveway. The four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and an open foyer are excellent for large families. The host was prompt in responding to our inquiries. However, the host can better provide basic amenities such as towels for 12 people, soap, and shampoo. We were low on all soap & towels. The host, Moon, promptly delivered soap and towels from Big Lots. Based On my previous experience renting homes, I was disappointed. There is a Keurig coffee maker. Regarding available utensils, we found only 4-5 coffee cups for a group of 12. The kitchen needs to be better stocked, with adequate cups for 12. We brought foam cups from nearby Kings Soopers Supermarket. For those interested in cooking, there probably needs to be more utensils. The refrigerator filter had a replacement light On, so elected not use water from the refrigerator. The house has a Primo water dispensing unit with red light On (No water tank). Without any water tanks, we brought drinking water from Costco, about 20 minutes away. Most of our sightseeing was in Colorado Springs, about 2 hours away, and entailed about 3-4 hours of driving each day. This a great house for those who want to visit Denver and plan to dine outside.

Stay in Denver

Pro: The property and neighborhood were great. The neighbors were very nice. The amount of space and bedrooms were perfect for our group. The owners were timely and great at responding and getting back to me quickly. Con: I would highly suggest bringing your own towels and linens. There are not enough towels, hand towels, washcloths, etc. You are either sharing or washing them every day. We bought a couple of washcloths to use. Also, there are not enough cooking supplies to actually cook for more than a few people. If you are traveling with a group, bring your own cookware.

Great house near Denver

Overall this was a great house, it was clean, stocked with most things and the owner was great. The house is about 30 mins from Denver with traffic and has a lot of close options for restaurants and shopping. Very close to the airport and not a bad drive to the state parks. Would stay here again!
