Our Family Suite Superior offers all advantages, in addition to a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a terrace, a stunning terrace with a panoramic view of the village of Dobre Vode, the sea and the mountain landscape Rumija.

Villa Dobre Vode is located in the picturesque bay of Dobre Vode, which with its crystal clear water will offer you a special kind of relaxation. The apartment is located in a residential building with several residential units. Enjoy the atmosphere and experience a relaxing holiday with sophisticated equipment and individual ambience. Your vacation home is only a few minutes' walk from the beach (200m), yet very quiet. From the terrace you have a clear view of the sea and the mountains. The apartment has free WiFi access, private parking in front of the house, satellite TV and air conditioning.
We would be happy to personally show you the sights in the area and organize all tours. With your own boat, trips on water are organized as easily as on land. We also offer you the option of booking a rental car with us, directly and easily. We are also happy to help you find a suitable flight.
We rent all year round, so please do not hesitate to contact us for long-term rentals. We are available to answer any questions you may have.

Stari bar
Ruins of an old settlement, surrounded by olive trees. The origins of the city surrounded by a huge city wall go back to the 11th Century, when bar still belonged to the Serbian coastal state Zeta.

Ulcinj
Nowhere else on the Eastern Adriatic are the beaches as long and sandy as around Ulcinj (12000 Ew.), The southernmost coastal town of Montenegro. In addition to its beaches, Ulcinj has an oriental character.

Skadarsko Jezero / Lake Skadar
The largest lake in the Balkans is around 40 km away from us. A dream for bird fans and anglers. Because the lake named after its most important city Skadar (Albanian: Shkoder) is fed by underground sources - called oki (eyes) - the water maintains the same temperature all year round.

Durmitor / Nacionalni Park
Glacier lakes, ski slopes and lonely hiking trails in a national park that is more than 2000 m high. The Durmitor National Park, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1980, offers everything that makes the hearts of nature lovers beat faster over 390 km²: deep gorges, high mountains, caves, glacial lakes and an almost inexhaustible flora and fauna. The highest mountain is the Bobotov Kuk (2522 m).

Standnah und sauber

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben gleich einen Kaffee bekommen. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock war sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten sogar eine Waschmaschine im Bad, die nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Vom Balkon kann man aufs Meer blicken und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage für den Wohn/Ess/Schlafbereich (großer Raum). Die anderen beiden Schlafräume waren bei bis zu 38°C Außentemperatur leider sehr warm. Auch ein Ventilator im Flur half nur wenig.

Perfect stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful from the moment we were greeted with coffee and smiles until the hugs goodbye. The apartment is exactly as described with all the amenities you need. The location is perfect. You. An walk to everything or take a quick taxi to tina of sights. I would return for sure.

Die Angaben auf der Website sind alle Zutreffend. Wir waren im Studio Apartment Lux (Ehepaar Ü 50), untergebracht. Das Zimmer war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, vom Bett konnten wir über den großen Balkon hinaus, auf das Mittelmeer sehen. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon einzunehmen war einfach Klasse durch die Aussicht und angenehmen Temperaturen, da die Sonne erst Nachmittags hier zum Vorschein kam. Alle anderen Mahlzeiten haben wir in den umliegenden Restaurants zu uns genommen (Große Qualität zu kleinen Preisen). Die Lage für Ausflüge ist wirklich Optimal, zumal der Vermieter seinen PKW für wirklich kleines Geld zur Verfügung stellt. Auch Taxi Fahrten kosten hier soviel wie bei uns Busfahren (wenn man feilschen kann). Zum Schluss kommt immer das Beste, und dass ist die allerbeste Gastfreundschaftlichkeit, insbesondere die der gastgebenden Familie Sacirovic, die wir je vorgefunden haben.

The Kosovo Weekend Traveler

Highly recommend this property! The owner will ensure that you are taken care of and distance is not a problem. After checking in, we had problems with the satellite TV as well as the WiFi. The owner drove over 5 hours to fix the problem in the middle of the night. The family that is there on the property will make sure that you are taken care of. Wonderful experience and thoroughly grateful that they allow a pet in their unit. Very close to the beachfront. Will not hesitate to stay again in the future!
