About this property

Situated on a narrow promontory between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz convinced this ground-floor holiday home with a gorgeous water view and full sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.

Wellness lovers get their money's worth - infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy and a relax whirlpool invite you to relax after the beach walk.

The modern facility has Meerescharme. Stylishly furnished and equipped with high quality is guaranteed in this holiday home full of holiday comfort. Fantastic views open up from the living area and on the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. Hafenkino provides entertainment during a convivial barbecue or romantic candlelit dinner. Wind protected and comfortable it is in a beach chair overlooking the sea.

On holiday is time for creative cooking - the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right on the water - pure holiday feeling.

For indoor entertainment provide Wi-Fi and satellite TV, Blue Ray player and radio with Bluetooth.

The two bedrooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds. Deep sleep is guaranteed here, because high-quality blackout curtains ensure a night-time feeling. Both bedrooms have access to the second terrace and each has an additional TV.

Underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna promise comfort in every season. There is also a shower.

In front of the house there is a private parking space and a own bicycle shed available.

The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.

Our favorite place: After a long beach walk, take a break in the beach chair and watch the harbor cinema.

The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.
