Directly adjacent to the living room is a terrace in south-west orientation with fantastic Schleiblick and romance guarantee, because from here you can watch breathtaking sunsets. Whether during a convivial barbecue with Weber Grill or with a cup of tea and reading, the immediate proximity to nature and the sea makes holiday dreams come true.

But even in the interior of the house, there is no lack of water views: through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view of the reedy shed of the Schleiufer and the Schlei, which offers an unforgettable holiday panorama directly in front of the window, falls on the wind. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and walk-in closet and has a direct sloped view. The close proximity to nature shows up on awakening when wild geese and ducks chatter each other. For a morning coffee, early birds on the adjoining terrace may breathe Baltic Sea breeze.

The second bedroom allows the view of the Marina and has two single beds with extra length, which can be pushed together flexibly. The bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV and desk. The color scheme conveys a harmonious sense of space.

Also on the first floor is the fully equipped bathroom with washer dryer. The comfortable Finnish sauna invites you to relax and feel good. In addition there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
