The panoramic terrace offers a phenomenal view of the Baltic Sea and invites you to barbecue evenings at Hafenkino. Underfloor heating and woodburning stove provide comfort in every season, while the private spa area with whirlpool and sauna invites you to relax deeply. Family friendly and open plan, this holiday home offers complete holiday comfort.

The open-plan living-dining area on the ground floor is the focal point of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here in the common dining room, as well as from the living room during a cozy fireplace evening. Entertainment is also provided by the flatscreen TV with home entertainment program.

From here you get to the adjacent to the living area terrace, which invites you to linger directly on the water. Whether at a joint barbecue with a light summer breeze or a hearty breakfast - the harbor cinema is guaranteed here. The garden around the house offers space for playing and sunbathing.

High-quality and fully equipped is the adjacent to the living-dining area kitchen.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. While the master bedroom has a fantastic view of the harbor and the Baltic Sea, the second bedroom has an additional flat screen TV with home entertainment program.

The Ferienaus Sommer Kajüte offers the luxury of two bathrooms, one on each floor. Pure wellness promise this sauna (infrared cabin) and corner whirlpool tub on the first floor. A phenomenal view is also available when brushing your teeth, because in the mirror passing sailing ships open up new perspectives against a fantastic backdrop. For extra comfort, a shower room is located on the ground floor.

Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

There is also a separate bike shed in front of the house.
