Fantastic views open up on the terrace adjacent to the dining area with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbor of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Whether a romantic candlelight dinner or a convivial barbecue - port cinema and fantastic sun views are guaranteed. Comfortable garden furniture and an electric grill are available for holiday use.

There is time for creative cooking on vacation - the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Early risers can enjoy the unique morning mood - a real natural spectacle on the loop when ducks, geese and swans awaken.

It gets cozy in the living room, because here a cozy seating area invites you to an evening at the fireplace on bad weather days. The large Smart TV with soundbar, subwoofer and Bluetooth also provides indoor entertainment.

The dream land of the holiday property is on the second level. The master bedroom has a wonderful harbor view and is equipped with a high quality box spring bed. Fall asleep under the stars - a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a unique view of the loop - the first sailing boats can be seen early in the morning!
Another sleeping place is on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Another shower bath on the first level provides additional comfort.

A private parking space and a separate bike shed are located directly in front of the house.
