With a canoe, lake floats, board games, a firepit, a large yard, a tire swing, yard games, kids' playhouse, books, an inflatable paddleboard, and an outdoor TV, everyone will have a plethora of ways to use each day. Not to mention, river access is within walking distance at the South Fork Landing when you want to take a dip. Or, cruise approximately three miles to Rattlesnake Lake, launch the paddleboards, and explore the open waters. There are also BBQ areas, mountain biking, hiking for all levels, and a boat launch and life jackets available.

Inside, the magic only continues with contemporary touches, modern decor, and high-end finishes throughout. The gorgeous full kitchen will be a chef's dream with stylish subway tile, white countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Meal prep can also be a social event with island seating and an adjacent dining table just waiting to host family dinners or game nights with ease. When the sun goes down, head into the living area and kick back on the plush sofa as a movie streams on the mounted TV. Come winter, there will be no better place to cozy up than beside the fireplace with a warm beverage.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
There is a zero-tolerance for extra guests at any time. Violating the max occupancy maximum of 6 people (4 adults) allowed in the house at any time will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the exterior of the front door. There is also a camera that overlooks the parking area, and one on the garage side entrance.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
