Vacation apartment 1 - House Lermer

Our house is located on the outskirts of Altenau therefore it is pleasantly quiet. You have a wonderful view of the mountains around. If you just want to relax, you can do so on your terrace seat on the deck chair and enjoy the garden. You can start from here, in summer and winter, directly with hiking or cross-country skiing, also there is the new nature park Ammergau Alps to discover. You will also receive the KönigsCard from us, which will allow you to use over 250 leisure activities from nature, culture, sports and leisure free of charge. We will gladly provide you with the filled fridge of the Ammergau Alps before arrival, with regional products, for a fee.

Apartment "Beim Lermer":
The apartment with 40sqm is very quiet and is located on the 1st floor with sloping roof. There is a bedroom for 2 persons with double bed (1 more sleeping is available on request) and a kitchen and living area with safe, satellite TV, radio DAB, 1 shower / WC with hair dryer and towels, a car park as well as a patio area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We are a partner of the KönigsCard - you receive your personal Königscard with us with which you can use over 250 leisure activities for free.

Great find!

This was located in a great neighborhood with a restaurant located within walking distance. The rental was vey clean and comfortable. The hostess was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Please be advised you will need cash for the rental and dinner at the local restaurant, but there are cash machines less than 15 minutes away. 5 star rating!

Ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wer nicht im Trubel übernachten möchte ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Man kann von dort aus gut Garmisch-Partenkirchen (30 km) München (100 km) oder Innsbruck erreichen. Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!
