The beautiful 3-bedroom maisonette apartment with west-facing balcony is located in the heart of Westerland in Boysenstraße. Modern furnished apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The apartment is located in the 2nd OG, accessible via the well-kept staircase, through which you can also reach the spa located in the house with sauna.  From the hallway, there is a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with west-facing balcony. The further bedroom with double bed can be reached through the internal stairs to the top.  The kitchen area is integrated as a modern kitchenette in the living room.  The apartment has its own parking space.
