You'll fall in love with Atlantic Beach and our beautiful home. At "Reel Love" you don't have to break the bank to go on a summer beach vacation with your family that will create memories for a lifetime. Newly renovated (new appliances, new furniture, new mattresses, new linens, new plates/glasses/silverware) fresh, open concept, lofted ceilings, sunny and spacious, 3 story beach/fishing vacation townhouse with 3rd floor ocean and sound views located on a peaceful cul de sac with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Less than 5 min walk to a gorgeous, white sand Atlantic Beach or the marina.

Unit A is the far right unit. There are 2 balconies (top one with ocean views). It's just a short stroll to the beach, the pier, restaurants, and the marina! The deeded path between the houses leads you directly to the beach.

3rd (top) Floor - Master bedroom #1 with full en suite bath. Fully outfitted kitchen with all new appliances. Family room with plenty of comfy seating, balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean, dining room table with seats 6 comfortably, with 4 additional seats at the bar/counter. Half bath.
2nd (middle) Floor - Master bedroom #2 with full en suite bath, private balcony, Smart TV, Two bedrooms - one queen, one with twin-over-full bunk, and additional full bath.
1st (bottom) Floor -Bath/laundry room - shower stall, sink, toilet.
Hardwood floors on third floor, ceramic tile on ground floor, brand new carpet in bedrooms.

Gas grill in back of unit available for use.

Driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Garage has space for one small car. Per the town of Atlantic Beach, street parking is not permitted.

This home is equipped with smart TV's and wireless internet year round.
Our home is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED in between each guest. All hard and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized for your safety. All linens (including beach towels) are laundered and provided to you but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. This home is not 100% dander/pet allergen-free due to service animals.

Perfect Beach Property for Families
My family had a wonderful stay at this property. Short, easy walk to the beach and very close to all the action of Atlantic Beach. Our older teenagers were able to safely ride bikes to the pier and surrounding areas. This house we very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and even had many games to choose from on the rainy days and nights. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and hope to visit again soon!

Great house and close to the beach!
This was the perfect getaway for our family! The description was spot on and we were very happy with how spacious and clean the place was. It's a quick and easy walk to the beach, even with 4 kids, and there's an aquarium about 6 miles away that we really enjoyed. We caught some fish and we cooked them on the gas grill provided. We'll be booking again for sure.

Best place we've stayed at in Atlantic Beach so far.
The home is very clean, bright and comfortable. It was nicely appointed with all of the kitchen essentials we needed, lots of towels, blankets and pillows, and all the comforts of home. It was spacious enough to easily accommodate our group. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, how close we were to shops, restaurants and the pier, as well as the quiet location. Atlantic Beach is such a beautiful beach year round. We'll definitely be back again to this house soon.

Absolutely lovely
This home was a lovely surprise. Beautiful decorated and such a perfect location to all of our favorite restaurants. So spacious and roomy, we were able to spread out and not be on top of each other but feel close at same time. Would definitely rent again

Peaceful Relaxing Stay!
The property is accurately depicted in the on-line description. The place was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, plates, silverware and cooking pans, some appeared to be brand new! This is the first VRBO we have done that had more hangers in the closets than I needed and I am a clothes horse…. At night, the family room was comfortable with plenty of seating and the beds were just as comfortable. We used the big dining room table as a place to do puzzles! Great location! We walked to Amos Mosquitos and the Oceanana for sunset watching and outdoor cocktails. Would recommend this place!
