Our idyllic farm with 4 apartments (Schnablhof + view to the Bergdoktor in the main building and Wilder Kaiser and Kaiserblick in the annexe is located on a small hill, directly opposite the Bergdoktorhaus in Ellmau and offers you a wonderful and unforgettable free view of the Wilder Kaiser is wonderful to reach in 5 minutes on foot the Hartkaiserbahn or you stroll leisurely into the center (15 min.) In the summer there are many toys available for the children on the farm. Trampoline, playhouse with slide, pedal tractors, etc. In addition, there are hiking trails to Ellmis Zauberwelt, the Ellmauer Tor or the Hartkaiser, as well as numerous mountain bike trails, for advanced skiers and beginners. A round of golf on the 27-hole Wilder Kaiser golf course is a challenge, as is a climb to Ellmauer Halt. In the winter, the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser in Ellmau offers the athlete's heart beautiful pistes, dreamlike huts and a cabin fun that is second to none. Fewo mit Defiziten

Die Fewo ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Lift ist fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt i.V.m. einem Skidepot. Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist es durch Jacken, Schuhe usw. der Eigentümer sehr unaufgeräumt. Diverse Katzen bewegen sich im Haus und hinterlassen einen unschönen Geruch.

Eine Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern, es ist alles da was man braucht. Eines unserer Highlights war der Balkon auf dem man wunderbar die Sonne genießen konnte. Das einzige womit man Probleme bekommen kann ist bei einer Katzenhaar Allergie, da sich die Wohnung auf einem Hof befinden und die Katzen wahrscheinlich auch teilweise in die Wohnungen kommen.

Gemütliche Fewo mit herrlichem Ausblick

Haben die Winterferien hier verbracht. Skibus hält fast direkt vorm Haus. Perfekt, um in höchstens 5 Minuten zur Hartkaiserbahn zu kommen. Fewo sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Mit Blick zum Bergdoktorhaus und den Bergen kann man den Abend super auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
