Thoughtfully remodeled home has an updated, modern minimalist living area, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious dining area. This home comes with 5 bikes for you and the family to hit the trails, and a 30 second walk to the community pool.

The Primary bedroom features a King-sized bed, TV, and private bath. One downstairs bedroom hosts a King-sized bed, with a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door. The second downstairs bedroom has a huge queen bunk bed for the kids with large open views.

Our home does not have central AC. Multiple fans are available throughout the home for your comfort. We find evening high desert temps to be comfortable for sleeping with a fan.

Wonderful stay at Sunriver townhome

Our family's stay at the townhouse was excellent all around - David (our host) was very responsive to our questions, the house was very clean and well supplied for our stay, and generally fit our needs (group of 5) perfectly. Look forward to returning someday soon !
