Bodenständige Wohnung in einer ruhigen Bucht

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere der große Balkon war uns sehr wichtig. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zum Meer und unsere eigenen Liegeflächen direkt am Wasser. Laut dem Eigentümer wird die Wohnung nach und nach restauriert. Als nächstes wird wohl das Bad neu gemacht, alles andere war schon auf einem aktuellen Stand. Leider hatten wir unerwarteten Baulärm auf den Nachbargrundstück. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war aber hervorragend und wir haben uns in allen Belangen gut verständigt. Wenn die Bauarbeiten am Nachbargrundstück abgeschlossen sind, kann man in der Wohnung wieder die Ruhe der Bucht genießen.
