Bay Dream Believer-Steps to Colonial Acres Beach-Perfect Cape Getaway

The Bay Dream Believer is an absolutely adorable Cape Cottage that is just a 5 minute walk to Colonial Acres Beach! It was designed with modern touches and luxuries while keeping the charm of a true cape home.
When you pull up outside you will be greeted by the cheerful yellow door and "Bay Dream" sign letting you know you've arrived at your beach escape. The front door opens to a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa that can comfortably seat 6. The Smart TV has pre-loaded channels or you can log into your own streaming service while you're here to catch up on your favorite shows. Off the Living Room you will find two bedrooms. The first room is the beautifully decorated "CAPE DREAMS" room with two twin beds, dresser, large closet and window AC unit. The decor and soft blue will remind you just how close to the ocean you are. The second room is our "Beach Pier" Queen Bedroom. Aptly named for the stunning pier photography on the walls. This room features a Smart TV, large dresser and closet and a window AC unit. Across from the Beach Pier bedroom is the full bathroom for the home. While it may be small, it has been re-designed and updated and has a luxurious chrome shower head with removable handheld feature.
The living room leads you right into the kitchen where we have maintained much of the charm of the original cottage while adding modern touches to make your stay comfortable. New stainless appliances, a Keurig with provided coffee pods and seating for 5 for dinner or game night make this kitchen the perfect "middle" of the house. We've equipped the kitchen with all you need for cooking while you are away (including take-out menus!)
Walk through the kitchen to the Family Room with a Smart TV, window AC and pull out sofa to allow this home to sleep up to 6 people. This is a great place for the kids to hang out or as an overflow from the deck. You'll find some board games and puzzles here to occupy your time on rainy days. The lamp in this room also offers a charging port for extra phone charging space. The door to the deck leads off the family room. We have set up the deck with a large dining table for 6, a fun egg chair and nighttime lights to extend your summer nights while you sit outside and breath in the ocean air. Around one side of the house is a brand new outdoor shower on the other side you'll find our shed with beach chairs, umbrella and some toys including a huge Connect Four Game set for some friendly family competition.
Bay Dream Believer is just a 5 minute walk to the very quiet Colonial Acres Beach. If you walk or bike you don't need a beach tag and it's mostly used by locals so it's not as crowded as the town beaches; be sure to bring our provided beach towels! Our cottage is located south of Rt. 28 and near it all....restaurants, the Inflatable Water Park, mini golf and shopping...yet our neighborhood has retained its quiet beach community feel so when you're here you feel away from it all. Really the best of both worlds. Minutes from Hyannis, Dennis and all the best the Cape has to offer we know you will fall in love with our home, like we did. Maximum occupancy 6.
