Gorgeous pool & gym in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach! Minutes from the beach and downtown life! Close to all the hot spots & set up with all of your day to day life necessities. Located close to Good Samaritan hospital. Required application & signed agreement required by condo association prior to checking in!

Review of my stay

Lack of utensils, the stove was outdated and only half working, the oven dirty, poorly washed dishes in the cupboards, the patio chair cushions were covered in mold, inefficient air conditioning, no instructions available for operating the television, the water heater leaked and the plumber informed us that the water heater was 35 years old, the owner wanted to make the repairs during our stay, which we refused, the living room carpet was worn and dirty, the windows were dirty, we cleaned it when we arrived. Defective coffee maker, we had to buy new ones pillows. We have traveled the world extensively and have never seen this. Excessive price and lack of respect for tenants. The photos did not show the actual location of the condo.
