About this property

The By de Wyk apartment complex was built directly on the popular Wyker Südstrand. The house has an indoor pool and a sauna (use of the sauna for a fee). There is an elevator in the house and all apartments have a south-facing balcony with sea views. The apartment is in the middle wing of the house on the 2nd First floor and thus offers a direct and unforgettable view over the North Sea and its Halligwelt! Experience the colorful beach life in summer, the forces of nature of the autumn storms or the frozen North Sea from the front row from your sofa - a holiday oasis for the whole year!

Linen is included for stays of 18 nights or more.

The sunny south-facing balcony, which stretches across the entire width of the apartment, creates a bright, friendly atmosphere in the living, dining and cooking area.

The new, modern and comfortable sofa bed can be converted into a third bed in a few simple steps. A flat screen and modern entertainment technology help you relax and unwind.

The new, spacious fitted kitchen is well equipped and is state of the art.

The lovingly designed bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed in which you will find plenty of rest for a good night's sleep! A large built-in closet offers enough space for your holiday wardrobe.

In the white tiled bathroom there is a shower cubicle, the toilet and a sink over which a large mirror hangs.

The house Bi de Wyk includes a light-flooded, heated swimming pool with a view of the garden, as well as a sauna facility (for a fee), where you can enjoy additional peace and warmth.

Top Lage, saubere Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier im Großen und Ganzen sehr genossen. Die Angabe der Wohnfläche im Inserat bezog wohl einen mit der Nachbarwohnung gemeinschaftlich zu nutzenden Flur mit ein, insofern waren wir über die tatsächlich zur Verfügung stehende Wohnfläche etwas ernüchtert. Da die Wohnung aber eine Top-Lage hat, sehr sauber war und auch die Küche gut ausgestattet war, haben wir uns hier insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine WLAN-Verfügbarkeit wäre für die Zukunft wünschenswert.
