Centrally located, close to the spa park and the center you will find your next holiday accommodation. Just 8 minutes from the Baltic Sea main beach, the wave swimming pool with spa, the spa promenade with many cafes and restaurants and the pier with the diving bell.

Enjoy stylish elegance with attractive interior design. Bright, fresh and hygienic, all rooms have an upscale living comfort on two levels.
Via the terrace wood deck you enter the corridor area, which is integrated in the light-flooded living space. Sand-colored floor tiles give the room a width and make the natural wood dining group look very special. In addition, the large upholstered combination and wicker chairs overlooking the TV and terrace deck with attractive garden furniture.
There is also a breakfast terrace to the south side and a car parking space demarcated additional courtyard garden area for sunbathing and barbecuing. In addition, bicycle storage space.
The open fitted kitchen is spacious and equipped with comfort appliances such as induction cooker and 4-star fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom - bright by daylight and equipped with real glass shower, towel radiator and washing machine dryer.
The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms with balcony and bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobe. The beds are in 2 rooms 90 x 200 cm and in a 80 x 200 cm large. Extra bed or cot is possible. The bathroom is tiled precious and lets much morning sun through the large skylight.
The hygienic plastic design floor looks warm and quiet with its old-white wood character. Underfloor heating offers comfort.
