You can watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV or head out to the balcony to enjoy a refreshing beverage while catching up with old friends. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for four while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. Use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the community hot tub or to the fitness center followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool during your stay, and the private washer and dryer will make it easy to pack light for your trip.

Very nice and spacious apartment

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment 312 was very spacious and accommodated two families well. The complementary beach service was a plus and so appreciated! A few things you could improve would be adding more utensils in the kitchen, there were very few forks and we had to constantly be washing them and taking turns. Add some large pots and pans to cook pasta, etc. The pots and pans at the apartment are all very small.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our time with family at the condo, but was not much of an ocean view. We couldn't get the ceiling fan to work in the living room, there was mold around the tub in one of the bathrooms, there was only 4 forks in the kitchen.We did enjoy the pool close by and the short walk to the beach.

Great Location

Pros, Great Location, love being on the beach with pool and hot tub, right by the outlet mall. The Cons, deep cleaning and pest control are a must. The roaches in the fridge, dishwasher, kids room were a lot. The master bedroom was roach free, it just had a strong mold smell. There was alot of dust, lack of cleaning, and lack of meticulous hsk.

Good location

Overall a good experience, close to the beach and had a pool, however it was a little loud with construction next door and trash being hauled at 7 am.

Cleanliness and Facility

I enjoyed that we were a few steps from the beach, however the property is not as well maintained with cleaning. The elevator was filthy and I don’t mean with sand. There was trash on the floor for days. This particular unit did not have working switches and several of them sparked a few times. There was hair, which was not mine, in the sheets and the place smelled of burnt oil. It took several times of Lysol spraying sand sanitizing to get the smell out. The place is okay, but can use some updates. It was dark and not very clean. The beds were not comfortable either. The only plus about this place was the location to the beach.
