Because you can park your car and walk to all of the attractions in Beach Haven, NJ: Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Bay Village shops, local restaurants and bars, bay tour boats, Atlantic City boat tour launch, public fishing dock, jet and boat rentals, Super Market, liquor stores, etc. You don't need to worry about where to park, because you can walk everywhere! And Beach Haven is totally handicapped accessible! Drink your coffee and watch the sunrise from the covered pavilion located on the 5th Street beach, which is a guarded beach. This oceanside property is two short blocks to the beach and four houses from the bike path that safely travels through all of Beach Haven and connects to Holgate.

Completely rebuilt first floor features a spacious open floor plan with kitchen (modern appliances), dining and entertainment areas. The second floor features large bedrooms and access to a second story deck.

The back yard has a 20' by 20' ground deck (with night lighting) that features a large table that seats 8 and an additional picnic table. The yard is completely fenced in, making it safe and a very child friendly area. The driveway has room for three cars with additional off-street parking available in front of the house.

This property is located in one of the best locations in Beach Haven, NJ. You can walk everywhere! The beach, restaurants and the amusement park are less than a five minute walk. Great house!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was the perfect size for two families and perfect kitchen/family room layout. The backyard is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. It was such a nice hangout spot for parents and kids. One of the nicest outside showers I have ever experienced too. We had such a great time!

Beach Haven Beach House

The house was equipped with modern appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything. The back yard was awesome with a table and 8 chairs along with a picnic table. The owners left us a wagon for our children, a beach cart, and a baby pool. I highly recommend this property.
