About this property

Find all the comforts of home in the heart of idyllic Serenbe. Located in the heart of Mado Hamlet steps away from restaurants, the spa, gym, stores, parks and miles of wooded trails. This stunning home makes the perfect base for your adventures at Serenbe and beyond.

The space
This modern, airy townhome features two story ceilings and custom finishes for a dramatic flair. The 2 bedrooms include king, queen and pull out XL twin beds. It offers wifi and smart TVs throughout, a private backyard, fully stocked kitchen, and whole house water filtration.
Bedrooms:
There are two spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the main floor. You will find a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet sits off the bathroom with plenty of shelving and storage space.
The second bedroom is upstairs. The queen-sized bed also holds a pull-out trundle with an extra-long twin mattress. Large windows and tall ceilings make the room bright and comfortable.
Living spaces:
An open concept room holds the kitchen, living and dining areas. Two story ceilings and floor to ceiling windows keep the room bright and airy. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a 55-inch smart TV with sound bar – a nice option for streaming music via Bluetooth.
The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, coffee, salt and pepper, spices and olive oil. The dining table seats 4 spaciously, and we have extra chairs to fit 6 people comfortably.
At the top of the staircase you will find a cozy loft for reading or just relaxing.
Outdoor space:
Head out the back door to enjoy a quiet coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine in our private lush backyard.
Our home is a few steps away from a community firepit which is gas powered - no supplies needed!
We provide linens, towels, and beach towels if you plan to head over to the lake. We also provide a handy house manual to let you in on all the tips for the house and finding fun things in Serenbe.

Other things to note
All renters are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking which covers the rules and expectations for renting in our community.

We do not allow pets. However, please note that if you are highly allergic to dogs, there is a dog who visits here occasionally.

MADO condo

This MADO condo was perfect for our brief stay. It was well outfitted and very clean. We loved the location- golf cart rental is a short walk away from the unit.

Great stay in Serenbe

We had a great weekend in Serenbe. The property was super clean and comfortable. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet, but close to restaurants and amenities. Our host was easy to communicate with and we would love to stay again.
