Experience the relaxing atmosphere of our ground-floor apartment, which offers approximately 68 m² of living space and accommodates 2-5 guests. The large terrace invites you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that accommodates up to 2 guests. You’ll also find SAT-TV, a video library, and a Loxone music server here – perfect for cozy evenings.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (including 3 capsules per adult per day), allowing you to cook and enjoy meals together. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The inviting communal pool area is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Here, you can unwind on comfortable sun loungers or retreat under a sunshade. A practical outdoor shower is also available.

For your convenience, there is a designated parking space right outside the door, as well as a paid E-charging station for electric cars. We prioritize your sleep quality: our box spring beds and high-quality JOKA sofa beds with pocket spring mattresses ensure restful nights.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. In only 5 minutes, you can reach the beautiful pebble beach with clear water – perfect for snorkeling or relaxing.
