Enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of our first-floor apartment with approximately 66 m² of living space and a balcony where you can soak up the sun and fresh air. The apartment is ideal for 2–4 guests and offers plenty of space for relaxing days with family and friends.

The thoughtful layout ensures a comfortable ambiance. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe with a safe. In the cozy living room, there is a sofa bed available for up to 2 guests, equipped with SAT-TV, a video library, and the Loxone music server for enjoyable evenings.

The modern kitchen invites you to cook together and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (including 3 capsules per adult per day), providing you with everything you need. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

On the approximately 10 m² balcony with seating, you can enjoy the view and relax.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. In only 5 minutes, you can reach the beautiful pebble beach with clear water – perfect for snorkeling or relaxing.
