Welcome to my neat, pretty home, with a large private terrace. The quiet courtyard location relaxt, the super central location makes it possible to walk to the city center. In the cozy Schlafeck waiting for the 1,60m by 2m bed, in the living room there's a cozy couch in the kitchen a high table with cool bar stools. Bathroom with bath and kitchen are new and well equipped.
Exclusive giant terrace from the living room accessible bright & quiet - a fine place to relax.

Property was clean and comfortable. We were able to make transportation arrangements with our host. Great location - 10 minute walk to Belvedere, restaurants and grocery close by. Very happy :)

Vorsicht Täuschung und Beschwerden

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung hauptsächlich aufgrund der Objektbeschreibung einerseits wegen der Lage im zentral gelegenen Stadtteil Wieden, Viktorgasse 17 im 4. Bezirk mit fußläufiger Zentrumsnähe und guter Infrastruktur (Geschäfte, Lokale, Verkehrsanbindung) und andererseits wegen des kostenfreien Parkplatz mit dem Wissen der Parkraumregelung in Wien (gesamtes Stadtgebiet ist Kurzparkzone mit maximal 2 Stunden Höchstparkzeit) gebucht. Eine Stunde vor Ankunft bekamen wir die Nachricht zur Dryhausenstraße 9 zur Wohnung 36 zu fahren und bei den Wohnungen 35 und 37-40 zu klingeln damit uns jemand die Haustüre aufdrücken sollte, die Wohnungsschlüssel lägen unter der Fußmatte, sie sei nicht vor Ort. Bei unserer Nachfrage warum diese Adresse und nicht die Viktorgasse 17 bekamen wir die Antwort, dies wäre jetzt die Wohnungsadresse da das Haus in der Viktorgasse umgebaut würde und die Ferienwohnung dort momentan nicht zu Verfügung stände.Die Dryhausenstraße 9 liegt im zentrumsfernen 14. Bezirk mit schlechterer Infrastruktur und es gibt auch keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz.Bei betreten der Wohnung haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich hier um eine bewohnte Wohnung und nicht um eine Ferienwohnung handelt. Sämtliche Schubladen und Schränke waren mit privaten Gegenständen (Unterwäsche, Kleidung Schuhe, Lebensmittel im Küchenschrank und im Gefrierfach, im Badezimmer kein freier Platz da alle mit privaten Hygiene-, Sanitär- und Kosmetikmittel voll) belegt.

Séjour raté à VIENNE

il n'y a pas eu de séjour, J'ai été informé le matin du jour où je devais arriver, alors que je faisais une étape à 900km de mon point de départ, que la réservation était annulée, à cause d'un problème d'eau potable qui ferait défaut pendant 1 semaine. J'ai contacté ABRITEL - Alexandru - je n'ai pas eu d'autres nouvelles. J'ai trouvé un hôtel pour assurer mon séjour. Il y a eu pour moi des dépenses plus importantes, sur le séjour et sur l'alimentation, car nous avons été obligés de prendre tous nos repas au restaurant.

Above and beyond host!!!!

I want to give the host Sabrina, a wonderful reference, because even though we were booked at her property, we didn’t get a chance to stay there due to some citywide construction that shut down the electricity in her building. There was no heat no hot water no lights. What Sabrina did was above and beyond she went way out of her way(for an entire day) to find us another place to stay.. She was absolutely wonderful! I rated everything 5 stars because I know that with the care and attention she gave us her apartment would have been wonderful.

Stadturlaub

Die Wohnung ist äusserst zentral gelegen. Hauptbahnhof, S- und U-Bahn liegen in kurzer Gehdistanz. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da in den Innenhof gerichtet. Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Da kommen wir wieder gerne.

Sauber, gut gelegen, klein und gemütlich

Für zwei Personen, die viel in der Stadt unterwegs ist und mit der Bahn angereist sind, ist diese Wohnung optimal. Man läuft weniger als 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, in die Innenstadt 30 Minuten, die U1 ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch gibt es viele schöne Lokale, die nicht zu überlaufen sind, in der Gegend. Die Tischhöhe (Barhocker und Stehtisch) ist Geschmackssache, zum Arbeiten wäre ein iedrigerer Tisch besser. Aber das sind persönliche Präferenzen. Toll ist der Balkon, die Küche ist funktional, die Einwahl ins W-Lan unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
