Children are welcome, however please be aware the home is not child-proofed, nor are there amenities to accommodate infants or toddlers.

There is parking for 2 cars on the parking pad in front of the house.

Please be aware that our woodsy location near the lake is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time. Though we treat the house for pests including spiders, insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

• Park on the parking pad. Street parking is not permitted during the winter months.
• Let us know if any damages occur during your stay.
• Clean the grill after each use.

• Host events, parties or gatherings.
• Disturb the neighbors.
• Exceed the maximum occupancy (includes all humans).
• Move furniture.
• Use fireworks or firearms. No firearms permitted on the property.
