Freshly remodeled home five minutes from College of Idaho, I-84 and walking distance to family YMCA / Brother's park. Twenty minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or City of Nampa. Ten minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. We strive to make our home a home you will not want to leave! You can relax knowing we have prepared the home for your arrival. Your privacy matters. However, if you need us we are available by phone/text anytime!

Better than expected (& I expected alot)

Communication: Amazing! Very quick to respond. Check-in time: Due to weather conditions, we were arriving a few hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Very accommodating with our situation & easy to work with. Accommodations: Better than expected. Mattresses are firm, pillows soft, toewls soft and accessories good quality. Everyone slept safe and sound. And woke well rested. Would we stay again? Yes! Absolutely, yes. Whenever we come to town.

Great Idaho Stay

My siblings and I flew in for my sister’s graduation from Boise State. The house was very close to her home. Close to a Walmart and other stores with easy access to the interstate too. The home was VERY clean. I was thankful they provided a blow dryer, a fan, coffee, extra blankets and bedding. We were also able to park in the garage which was needed so we could charge our hybrid rental car. Great stay! Highly recommended!

We are a family of five with our first headed off to college in the fall. We enjoy traveling, camping, hunting, fishing, skiing snowmobiling and MORE. We love the Idaho outdoors. Jeff is a native Idahoan and has been in the real estate / property management business for 17+ years.
This is our first vacation rental endeavor, we are excited for this new adventure. We look forward to providing a beautiful property that is clean, tidy and well maintained.
