With Queens Park, Kensington Market and University of Toronto across the street, there are endless places to go visit. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. 6 month minimum requirement.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, and cooking basics. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered quest.

Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. Please note you will not have access to the thermostat.

It has a very large balcony and panoramic views of the city!! Almost like a cottage feel in the city! As the reviews say the views are spectacular! We will always be there to help should you require any assistance.

There is a zero tolerance policy on any smoking or any hosting of parties or events. There are Minut Sound, Occupancy and Anti-Smoking detectors for everyone's safety. The Fine for smoking is $1000.00
