This beautifully updated, chic home is in a quiet neighborhood and boasts over 2,000 square feet of stylish living space. Enjoy the warm ambiance of the fireplace, or concoct a drink at the dry bar. In addition to this, your retreat offers ample room outdoors in a landscaped backyard with a private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee) along with two grills with a covered patio. You can also practice playing cornhole in the backyard or chipping around and putting the 4-hole putting green.

This central location provides easy access to I-51, Phoenix Sky Harbor, Scottsdale, and the West Valley on the border of Scottsdale and Phoenix. A 1.5-mile loop trail in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve is just a stroll away. Hit the links at Cave Creek or Encanto just outside of Phoenix. After a day on the greens, head to Biltmore Fashion Park for a fine meal and upscale shopping. Stroll through Old Town Scottsdale and admire the 1920s architecture and olive trees. For an unforgettable day trip, tour Taliesin West, the former home and studio of Frank Lloyd Wright.

This home offers two exquisite living areas, each with plush seating. The main living area has a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV, while the second living area is outfitted with a dry bar and wine fridge. Whip up gourmet meals in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with top-quality stainless steel appliances and quartz slab countertops. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar or dining at the formal table.

This single-story home includes a main bedroom, which features an incredibly comfortable king-sized incredible memory foam mattress. The en suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower with two rain shower heads.

Make unforgettable memories when you take a dip in your sparkling pool, which includes both a shallow and diving side. Keep warm throughout the winter months by having it heated as you go for refreshing swims. Sizzle dinner on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the large covered patio table. Create a putting competition on the putting green. Whatever you chose, there will be no shortage of fun here.

Things to Know
Due to the cold weather, the heat pump will not be able to heat the pool until March.
The living room fireplace only uses Duraflame logs. A starter Duraflame log will be provided.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
