The apartment house is located in the quiet part of Doberaner Str. Near the Linden Park. The balconies are located on the side of the house and are facing away from the street. In front of the house there is a parking space and a bike rack available during your stay. Within walking distance of the beach road here are several bakers and restaurants. Through the city forest you reach very quickly the Ostseeallee, the beach promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea with a sandy beach.

This bright and very stylishly furnished apartment with balcony and Wi-Fi has three very nice rooms. At the cozy living-dining area, the fully equipped kitchen adjoins. One bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is a shower room. The fresh, friendly colors, bright furniture and transparent design invite you to feel at home in this apartment. In the communal area, a bicycle storage room and a laundry room with washer and dryer are available for a fee. The beautiful sunny balcony is equipped with garden furniture. To the apartment belongs a parking lot at the house.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
