It boasts a private hot tub, pool table, and firepit. Plus, it’s just a short 200 yard walk to Arrowbahn ski lift.

Up to 14 guests can lay their heads and warm their toes by the fire after a long day on the slopes. Although dozens of restaurants await in the nearby towns of Edwards and Avon, an aesthetic kitchen begs guests to whip up home-cooked meals. This three-story home also features 3 parking spaces, two indoors and one outdoors.

Location

Guests are able to ski directly to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch from Arrowbahn Express Lift. Transportation to Beaver Creek is available via a complimentary shuttle service from Arrowhead’s Alpine Club to Beaver Creek Village from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm during the winter season.

Great stay

Property manager was super. Met us at the house to check us in and was very flexible. He also answered his phone on the first ring anytime we had questions.

Awesome Stay

This home is very comfortable and spacious. Our family stayed here during the Summer and enjoyed everything about it. The beds are comfortable, the wifi is reliable, the kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed the outdoor space, grill, and hot tub at night. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at 30 Mountain Retreat! Everything in the home is well appointed and high-end. The beds are comfortable and the management company was very attentive and responsive. The kitchen has just about everything you need and the A/C is a plus in the Summer! Our kids loved having access to the Arrowhead pool and the hiking/biking trails nearby. The pictures do not do this home justice! Highly recommend!
