The Space
We invite you to make yourself at home! Our property consists of a 1940s craftsmen bungalow and two one-bedroom apartments adjoined by an outdoor courtyard. The open living area of the historic main house has everything your group will need to gather, cook, and dine together, or you could choose to use the gas grill and dine al fresco in the courtyard. Guests of all ages and their furry friends will enjoy the recreational activities available in the fully fenced outdoor space - the putting green, bocce court, cornhole, frisbee golf, and the gas fire pit. For those who prefer to be inside, the game room in the downstairs apartment won’t disappoint.
The property features:
Private Parking – The vaulted car port fits two cars and two more can park behind them in the driveway.
A Vibrant Outdoor Courtyard – The yard is fully fenced and private centered around a concrete patio with a gas grill and 2 picnic tables. There’s also a putting green, a bocce court, corn hole, frisbee golf, and a seating area with a fire pit. You can also choose to enjoy the historic neighborhood and mature trees from the front porch.
Two Spacious, Light-Filled Living Areas – The open floor plan of the main house consists of a sitting area with a large leather sectional and Roku TV, an office work area, an open dining area, and a gourmet kitchen. The second living area, located in the upstairs apartment, is a cozy space with tree top views. It also contains a sitting area, a workstation, a dining area, and a kitchen.
A Music-Themed Game Room – The sunken living room of the downstairs apartment has been converted into a fun hang out space with a pool table, large TV, musical instruments, stereo system, a bar cart, a dart board, and a dance floor.
A Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen and 2 Satellite Kitchens - The kitchen in the main house is centered around a huge kitchen island with enough space for several chefs to cook together. It has a gas range, a 48-bottle wine fridge, Ninja air fryer/oven, and just about everything you could need to make an awesome meal, including a full spice drawer, dry goods, oils, vinegars, condiments, and dry goods. There are also kitchens in both apartments outfitted with the essentials. Whole bean coffee and Keurig machines are provided in all three kitchens.
4 Comfortable Bedrooms & 4 Full Bathrooms – Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, providing everyone with the luxury of privacy. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the main house and each apartment contains one bedroom and one bathroom. In case you need extra bed space, the sofa in the upstairs apartment converts into a comfortable solid foam king-sized bed. Please let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave out enough linens.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized platform bed, ensuite walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom in the main house also has a king-sized bed and connects to the second bathroom, which was recently renovated with artisan Spanish tile and a walk-in shower.
The first-floor apartment bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The upstairs apartment bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Two Laundry Facilities - There is a washer and dryer, free to use, located within the walk-in closet of the primary bedroom and a second set located in the room next to the garage. Detergent is provided.

Location
Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches (10 minutes to the airport, 12 minutes to the North edge of downtown, and 15-20 minutes to the beaches at Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms, to be more precise). Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist.
Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas, even its own disc golf course. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a CrossFit or yoga class at Locomotion Fitness, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard nominated) wine bar and try some of our awesome local restaurants. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of the Charleston area. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet.
