I am Aubrie and I have lived in Colorado pretty much my whole life. I love the mountains and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. My family and I love to travel and do so as much as we can. Boulder is a one of a kind city, and must be explored.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family since the early 70's and just recently was renovated (July 2022) to accommodate being a furnished rental. It is located literally across Colorado Blvd from CU and is in the highly sought after Park East Square neighborhood.
