The apartment on 42 sqm living space plus 5 sqm balcony is located on the ground floor of the house and has 2 bedrooms with laminate flooring. One of them is with double bed and the other bedroom with loft bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) which is especially suitable for children but also for adults, a living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen, also a shower room. From the living room you come to the furnished balcony. On the ground floor in front of the house, the 160 sqm large panoramic terrace with seating areas and fantastic views of the Adriatic Sea. Below the panoramic terrace there is the over 400 square meter private beach which shade through its own pine donated or sunny Terrassenabscnitte for sunbathing. There are plenty of sun loungers available for all guests and also a quiet beach bar with seating areas is available with bar counter and large fridge filled with drinks from which the guests may serve. On the private beach and the beach bar on the sea you can experience magical sunsets and happy evening hours. A jet ski, rowboat, motorboat, canoe, watercat or even fishing tackle are available on request. Parking is available enough, even for trailers. A berth is also available for guests with own boat.
