Seemed nice….but

Lacked compassion about my situation, I left the place two early and cleaner then when I got there after escaping a violent husband after asking for a divorce. Upon my leaving early I reached out to the owner twice asking for grace and compassion to refund two days. Radio silence, neighborhood is a town home area, lots of people hanging out in their cars late at night smoking pot. This rental property is fine but the owner lacks human kindness.

Very comfy place, we felt right at home!

Very comfy place, we felt right at home!! The location was perfect and close to shops, restaurants, etc. Very close to everything yet still feeling very secluded. The house was so charming, great touches of hospitality, and excellent communication! Really well considered and thought through space. The outdoor area was lovely and so peaceful. We totally enjoyed our stay! So comfortable and easy to have the pups and they also were at ease which is a huge plus when traveling with fur babies. We couldn't have picked a better place and Katherine was amazing; so helpful and always got a quick reply!

Not great

When we arrived the unit was missing all of the TV’s, it wasn’t very clean and just not as spectacular as the pictures would have implied . I messaged the owner or contact person and she said there should have been TVs and all she could say was that was odd. Seeing as how she was unaware of this leads me to believe from the shape of the unit that no one thoroughly inspected or cleaned prior to our stay. She didn’t overly seemed concerned, no apologies or intent to improve the experience, she just stopped replying to the conversation. After pushing a bit harder for some sort of response she just said nothing else needed to be said.
