In the Waldhaus residence, modern holiday apartments with all furnishing comfort are available. The facility is based on the well-known Usedom spa architecture. You will find the typical bay windows and balconies of the old Baltic villas. It is only 200 m from here to the 40 km long Baltic Sea beach. Here you can also buy fresh fish almost daily from the fisherman. Even outside the high season, you can use the sea and forest air to draw new strength for stressful everyday life.  The Waldhaus residence is in a central location. The building with an Italian restaurant was completed in 1997. As our guests, you have free WiFi available. Each apartment has its own parking space, which can be rented for an additional fee.

WE 33 apartment 33:
Our "FEWO 33" is on the 2nd OG. After opening the apartment door, you are in the hallway from which all rooms exit. Clockwise, first the large bathroom with glass shower, toilet and bathtub, followed by the bedroom, then the very large living room with separate dining area, leather couch, solid wood furniture and a large flat-screen TV with built-in receiver, as well as a small selection of books and board games. The living room is followed by a fully equipped separate kitchen. The conclusion is a small storage room with fuse box and various Behelfsgegenständen. The apartment is on the lake side with a view of the promenade entrance and promenade forecourt. There is a small lake / forest side balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is classified with 4 stars by two people according to DTV.
