About this property

This appealing property is a detached house. The house has five pretty rooms and two bathrooms, on the ground floor and the first floor. Due to a recent modernization (2019), the residential value was further increased. Also the good cut convinces. Especially noteworthy is that there is not only a balcony, but you can also stay in the garden at the house. You also have a fitted kitchen and a parking space for your car.

The furniture is completely new, was individually arranged and not used in a previous apartment or similar.

It is a first purchase. The property has been completely refurbished, refurbished and modernized.

The individually designed rooms are equipped with a new 140x200 boxspring bed, TV connection, mirror, picture, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, reading lamp and decoration. The room with 14 square meters has a modern single bed with new mattress.

Bluetooth-controlled lighting in the lounge with music playback (music control via smartphone). The front door can be opened with a transponder instead of a key. Washing machine and dryer can be used by agreement for a small fee.

The house is located in an excellent residential area in 56727 Mayen-Hausen.
Above the house is the bike path.

Walk to the bus stop (bus connection Am Sürchen, Hausen to Mayen) 3-5 minutes. Buses leave at 06:36, 07:07, 07:19, 07:21, 08:08.

Spielewochenende mit Freunden

Unsere Gastgeberin hat sämtliche Anfragen prompt beantwortet und ist uns auch bzgl der Anreise-Modalitäten freundlich entgegen gekommen. Da wir das Anwesen danach ausgewählt hatten dass jeder von uns ein einzelnes Zimmer haben sollte waren die Zimmer auch entsprechend großzügig. Die Umgebung haben wir nicht erkundet aber die Nachbarn sind freundlich und helfen auch schonmal mit einem Tropfen Öl aus wenn man vergessen hat diesen zu besorgen. Besonders der überdachte Außenbereich hat zum verweilen eingeladen.
