In this beautiful holiday home you will feel at home in every season: in summer you can enjoy the spacious, covered outdoor terrace with barbecue and private small garden, in winter the in-house sauna and the fireplace in the living room. In addition, you have the magnificent view of the Salzhaff in every season. Three parking spaces are available on the property for sole use.
On a total living space of approx. 160m², divided into a spacious living / dining area and three separate bedrooms, max. Six people enough space to enjoy relaxing holidays. Particularly noteworthy is the in-house spa area with sauna, shower and free-standing bath.
Living and cooking
The living and dining area is the focal point of the house and as such also very elaborately designed: in addition to the modern fitted kitchen equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances, the beautiful stove gives the room a very special atmosphere. Large windows allow a magnificent view of the private sun terrace and the Salzhaff. Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the setting sun on your own terrace with a glass of wine - it can hardly be more romantic .... The house is located in close proximity to the Salzhaff (about 300 meters away) and only a few minutes walk from the Baltic Sea beach. You live in a small quiet settlement, surrounded by detached houses.
