This cute cottage has everything you will need for a vacation away from home! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a bonus outdoor shower! There are mini splits throughout the home with a gas fireplace along with baseboard heaters and window AC units. Boat rentals withe up the street at Bunkers Marina! Nice size back yard with a grill, seating, and lounge chairs. Real arcade games to keep you busy! There is also a 2 bedroom 1 bath available in the upstairs unit. Ask for a link!

Great stay

We had a great stay. It was just as listed. Clean and very easy to check in. We didn’t use the grill but the yard is relaxing

Well worth the money

Place is in a quiet neighborhood short drive to the beach without the kids we could’ve walked to the beach. We couldn’t figure out the AC in the one bedroom so we reached out to Bret he responded immediately and explained how to fix the problem. I guess our only complaint is that there is only one TV in the entire house. This place was well worth every penny spent would definitely recommend!!

Vacances à la mer

Petite maison propre, bien organisée et très fonctionnelle. Nous étions 9, 2 adultes, 5 ados et 2 enfants, tout le monde avait de l'espace. Les 3 douches étaient très appréciées au retour de la plage, cela accélérerait que tous se sentent plus à l'aise rapidement débarrassés du sable et du sel de mer. Tous les essentiels de cuisine étaient disponibles. Lits et sofa confortables N'avons pas utilisé la cour ni le BBQ Un peu dérangé par les occupants à l'étage qui ont été très bruyant toute la semaine.

Beautiful place but no bed sheets

The place was beautiful and in a great location but three days before your stay they inform you you have to bring your own bed linen. They also don’t have any type of amenities in the fridge and kitchen. Also they tell you to bring toilet paper just in case the people before you didn’t leave any. The curtains in the bathroom were dirty and there was an line of ants inside the kitchen. I stay at rentals when ever on vacation and this was not to par for what most places offer. I would have been better staying at a hotel for less money, with more amenities, clean sheets and no ants. This place could be great with adjustments but over all it was just ok nothing special.
