Guesthouse 1/4mi to Lowman Beach! Outdoor patio and firepit, wood fireplace
Spacious, secluded and bright cottage 3 blocks from Lowman Beach and just a bit farther to Lincoln Park, one of the largest and loveliest parks in Seattle. Watch the ferries come in and keep a lookout for seals. Cozy up in the evening next to the wood-burning stove.
The property is walkable to commerce and the C bus line, but still woodsy and quiet. Bald eagles frequent the area. You will have patio furniture on the front deck and your own fire pit. The cottage is adjoined to our home.

The rental was more spacious than I expected and only a short walk to the beach which was great for catching incredible sunsets over the Sound and Olympics. The owner was very friendly and responsive. They even provided a parking spot which is a big plus in the city. Definitely would recommend!
We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner for six in the house. We loved the large dining room table, and the ability to stream to the smart TV. Fires each night in the fireplace felt like home. Thanks so much.
Justin was very cordial and communicated with the necessary information to make our stay so enjoyable. Location is perfect for Seattle activities. The accommodations has all that you need to have a very nice stay. Microwave; refrigerator; washer/dryer; coffee maker and much more. Thank you again Justin & Abigal for making our stay so enjoyable
Parking area muddy mess from construction. No heat turned on and wall heaters inefficient. Wood stove but no supplies. Dark and not welcoming. Need a “Welcome” instruction notebook…area rugs…more light. But at TERRIFIC location.
Just up the street from Lowman Beach Park and Lincoln Park. Sleepy neighborhood, lots of trees.
The check-in process was easy, with timely communications from the owner.
The rental has a complete kitchen/fridge space, washer/dryer, and an eclectic book collection. There's legos and games for kids/family on the shelf as well. All in all, feels pretty homey.
Other reviews note that the lighting could be better in the bedroom/bath/living room half of the unit and this is true enough though not a deal-breaker. The mattress on the main bed is pretty terrible, however. I swapped beds with my daughter and enjoyed the loft for better sleep!
In summary, the rental was perfect for our needs with a convenient West Seattle neighborhood location.
I had excellent communication with Justin, and the cottage was nice and cozy. It’s also so close to the waterfront which offered spectacular views along the beach front.

Clean
It was clean. Bed is super firm. Neighbors were having a Mariners playoff party and very noisy, but since they don’t usually make the playoffs this may not be a problem for you.
Great location, super cute house and the hosts were very helpful.
Cute place, more than enough space for the two of us. Very clean and the host was very responsive. We would come here again. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our quick stay here very much. The owners were very helpful with questions about the safety of the area at night and gave wonderful suggestions or routes to take and the beach to see down the road. We will definitely be staying again!
Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near Lincoln Park and others, and the ferry. It was a comfortable place for 5 adults with helpful amenities, including the dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Hope we can return soon for future memory making experiences.
We were in West Seattle visiting my daughter and this was the perfect location for us. The home is two blocks from the beach and a short walk to Lincoln Park {Heated Public Swimming Pool } and the Vashon Island Ferry. The home was bright and clean with all you would need for a short or extended stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with ample parking up front. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive host.
So happy to stay in a quiet place so near the water after spending a crazy day downtown. The space is really well appointed and cute and comfy too. The host is gracious and right next door.
Cute and quirky place. Provided the perfect landing pad for our family of 4’s quick visit to Seattle. Quiet neighborhood, very close to sunsets over the sound & beautiful outdoor spaces. Great for the price and we’re so glad to have found this cottage.
This little cottage was perfect! It was very clean and had all the basics that we needed for our stay. It is nestled on a little hill amongst tall trees that made it feel very welcoming, cozy, and secluded, but it was not far from places you might need or want to go to. Depending on traffic, it was only about 20-30 minutes from downtown Seattle, and much closer (only minutes!) to other beachy areas in western Seattle. Justin was excellent at communicating from the very first message I sent when I was inquiring about the property. He got back to me within minutes any time I messaged him, which is something I feel is very important! My family and I loved this cottage and wished we didn't have to leave so soon. I would highly recommend.
5 Stars all around! Great host! Wonderful location! Highly recommend!
I am a frequent traveler and was in town on business. I was hoping to find a property that gave me privacy, easy access to the city, and easy access to the water. I’m so thankful I found this property, and can’t wait to stay there again.
This is a hidden gem less than a 3 minute walk to access the water at the closest park. 5 minutes to the bike path that goes for nearly two miles on the waters edge to the ferry. I walked to the ferry and rode across to Vashon. Beautiful! Plenty of picnic tables and beach to enjoy with the family. And gorgeous views of the mountains.
The private access is on the street side. So it feels like your own apartment access. I never heard another person.
Though it’s tucked on a quiet residential street, it’s also easy access to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Less than 30 min. This will be even faster when the major bridge repairs are done. And it’s only about 25 min from the airport.
Also very close 1.2-1.5 miles to a cute little village with great restaurants.
The property was perfect for me as a solo traveler. But has lots of space for a full family. I wish I had brought mine along. They are even set up with games, and entertainment for the kids and a nice loft.
The kitchen is well stocked, with everything you’d need. Washer dryer are available. Large bathroom that seemed recently renovated.
Can’t say enough good things! Great experience! 5 stars!
Our stay at this place was wonderful. There’s plenty of space here to relax after a hike. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The host also gave great recommendations for places to walk/see around the house and also for Olympic Park. Check-in and out was a a piece of cake.
