About this property

Only a few meters from the Baltic Sea and the beautiful sandy beach lies this beautiful wooden house in the vacation park OstseeResortOlpenitz. Enjoy your relaxing vacation at the Baltic Sea in this house in Scandinavian style.

On the first floor you will find the large, loft-like living and dining area. The high ceilings and the panoramic windows provide especially much light incidence and a generous living feeling. On the adjacent terrace you can enjoy the sun or relax wonderfully. On cold days you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or warm up in the infrared heat cabin.

In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there are two single beds. A double bed and a sofa bed are located in the third separate bedroom. As an alternative sleeping option, the sofa bed in the living area is available.
The vacation home is equipped with a total of 3 TVs (Smart TV) as well as a DVD player, so that even in rainy weather no boredom arises here.

Here you will find offers for all budgets and vacation forms, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a time out in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic beaches offer especially much space.

As the houses are located directly on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the terrace furniture is only available in the summer half-year; in the winter half-year you will be safely stowed away due to the often strong wind.
Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einigen Anmerkungen

Olpenitz ist ein sehr schöner Standort an der Ostsee, der sich sicherlich in den letzten Jahren weiterentwickelt hat, aber auch noch weiter entwickelt und darin bestand bei unserem Aufenthalt das "Problem" ... das Haus ist super eingerichtet und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Leider waren die Feinheiten das, was den Preis ausmacht, denn für den Preis waren Kleinigkeiten nicht in Ordnung, es wurde jeden Wochentag und auch am Samstag ab 7 Uhr mit Bauarbeiten direkt neben dem Haus begonnen, die direkte Umgebung glich einer Baustelle und der Rasen war nur an einigen Häusern gemäht, obwohl diese alle zu Novasol gehörten. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, aber für den Preis erwartbare Punkte, schade, denn somit wurde der Gesamteindruck doch recht stark geschmälert. Anm.: Baulärm wurde angekündigt, doch dass dieser so stark ausfällt, da hatten wir mit dem Standort unseres Hauses Pech, aber nicht mit der Außenreinigung, das sollte gleich sein!

Schönes hellhöriges Haus in (noch) kahler Umgebung

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es fehlten allerdings Beschreibungen für die techn. Geräte; insbesondere die TV Geräte.

Empfehlenswerter Anbieter (Novasol)

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln im Detail, was das Haus anbelangt. Für eine perfekte Beurteilung müsste: Bei Ankunft die überfüllte Spülmaschine ausgeräumt sein. Die obligatorische Endreinigung, die unsere Vormieter sicher auch zahlen mussten, haben wir bei Ankunft nicht vorgefunden. Küchengeräte müssen erwartungsgemäss funktionieren (Kaffeemaschine), was bei uns nicht der Fall war, auch wenn die Reklamation bei Novasol sofort behoben wurde. Das sollte aber auch sofort vorab geprüft werden. Der Sonnenschirm sollte generell verfügbar sein, nicht erst auf Anfrage. Trotz der wenigen Beanstandungen war die Hilfeleistung von Novasol vor Ort sehr großzügig und schnell . Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden.
