You reach Prerow on the B 105, crossing Löbnitz then direction Barth or crossing Altheide, then on the Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and offers next to the white sandy beach a lot of excursion possibilities: maritime museum, Ozeaneum, leisure bath "Hanse Dom" in Stralsund, bird park Marlow.

In spring and autumn, the cranes can always be observed.

Schöne Ferienhaushälfte in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienhaushälfte liegt nahe zum Strand und zum Ortskern von Prerow, so dass man zu Fuß alles bequem erreichen kann. Das Haus hat alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Neben viel Platz gibt es einen schönen Garten, sowie einen Stellplatz für das Fahrzeug. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Die Agentur war gut, hilfsbereit und freundlich, das Objekt aber sehr lieblos und ungepflegt mit Mängeln, von denen die Agentur aber wohl nichts wusste und sie die Schuld dem Hauseigentümer zu schrieben obwohl sie selbst dieses Objekt vermieten und verwalten. Die Fotos stimmten teils nicht mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein und haben die Situation aus meiner Sicht geschönt dargestellt. Die Markise an der Terrasse war völlig defekt und nicht nutzbar. Die Gartenstühle zum Teil defekt und mussten selber repariert werden damit sie genutzt werden konnten. Damit wir die Terrasse überhaupt nutzen konnten mussten wir erst einmal die wild dort hinein wachsen die Bepflanzung zurecht schneiden. Die Dusche im EG war an den Gummilippen der Duschtüren voller Schimmel. Die Torzufahrt zum Grundstück war so ausgeleiert dass man sie anheben musste um sie zu bewegen (für eine Frau fast unmöglich). Der Herd funktionierte nur noch mit Ober- und Unterhitze, die Tür des Backofens ließ sich nicht mehr richtig schließen und die Schienen für das Backblech ließen sich nicht mehr ausziehen . Die eigentlich notwendigen Feuermelder in der Wohnung waren demontiert und in einer Schublade untergebracht. Im oberen Schlafzimmer war ein Antennenkabel offen mit einem spitzen Draht (ein kleines Kind hätte sich dort unter Umständen am Auge verletzen können). Der Fliegenschutz an der Wohnzimmer/Terrassentür war lose und wurde nur mit einem Stein fixiert. Insgesamt war der Eindruck der Wohnung sehr lieblos und leider auch nicht ganz sauber bei Einzug. Dieses hatten wir bei der Agentur einige Tage später bemängelt, diese hatte uns darauf hingewiesen dass sie nachgearbeitet hätten wenn wir rechtzeitig darauf hingewiesen hätten, was aber auch OK war. Die Garage war ebenfalls in einem ungepflegten Zustand, dort war noch das Laub vom letzten Herbst angesammelt. Es gab sehr viel Geschirr in einer guten Auswahl, auch Besteck war zahlreich vorhanden, was sehr positiv aufgefallen war. Hier würden wir aber nicht noch einmal hinfahren wollen, die Mängel waren zu gravierend und die Erscheinung des Objektes viel zu lieblos und ungepflegt.
