This 5 star rated second floor condo is located in the heart of the award winning Greenlinks Golf Villas Community, Lely Resort with access to two fantastic golf courses, Lely Flamingo Island and Mustang. Sleeping accommodations allow up to 6 guests. It is conveniently located with quick access to downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue, beaches and Marco Island. Guests have access to all the amenities of the Greenlinks clubhouse, which is steps away from our front door. Amenities include a resort style pool, hot tub, BBQ area, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffle board.

The Condo
Fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils (oven, fridge, NEW dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc...) New stacked washer & dryer. Kitchen pantry is filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, cooler, pickleball and tennis equipment, games, child seat, and much more! There is golf equipment is in the second bedroom closet along with beach/pool towels and extra pillows, sheets & blankets. In the master bedroom closet there is a pack 'n play, beach towels, ironing board with iron and extra towels and sheets.

The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, closet, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan and a New Smart TV (includes Hulu, Netflix, HBO & Peacock)

In the second bedroom there is a queen sized bed, trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, full sized closet (hangers) TV, ceiling fan, large dresser and extra storage draws.

The living room has a couch with a pull out bed, Smart TV (includes Hulu, Netflix, HBO & Peacock) , ceiling fan, books and DVD's. Enjoy your coffee on our large screened in lanai complete with a ceiling fan which sits directly in line with the lake's soothing fountain.

Wonderful stay

Lovely clean, bright and inviting condo. From the fluffy towels to comfortable beds everything was A+. The host has provided everything you may need and more. Pool and clubhouse just a few steps away. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Sam Snead's within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The property is in excellent condition, everything is very clean and cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and without worrying about looking for anything because the smallest detail has it. In the club house the pool is very good and the surrounding areas such as barbecue, yacussi are very good too, the complex is very quiet and very welcoming, the beach is only 15 minutes away. The communication with the owner of the house was excellent, I recommend this property
