VKölp_Schwalbennest:
The Schwalbennest is located on the edge of the forest of Kölpinsee, almost in the middle of the island of Usedom and in walking distance to the beach. It is small (72sqm), but fine and looks generous, especially through the small gallery upstairs. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning on the sun terrace. On the ground floor, the bright open plan living-kitchen area invites you to linger. Cosiness is provided by an electric fireplace and a TV or Wi-Fi for the entertainment, with which you can easily access the Internet. With Internet radio, you can listen to your favorite stations without limit. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination. In addition, the ground floor bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two double beds (160x200cm and 140x200cm). You can park your car under the carport on the property. Through the forest you reach the cliff about 300m to the beach or if you go 200m further to the dunes to the beach. A successful stay in Schwalbennest is therefore nothing in the way.

Schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Das „Schwalbennest“ in Kölpinsee liegt in einer kleinen Bungalow-Anlage. Die Vorteile sind die Nähe zur Ostsee und die Ruhe im Randgebiet von Kölpinsee. Bäcker, Einkaufsladen, Bahnhof- alles ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die FeWo hat alles, was man mit Familie für einen Ostseeurlaub benötigt.

Ein am Waldrand gelegenes Ferienhaus ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Steilküste. Ein Muss für jeden der die Ruhe genießen möchte.

Gerne wieder

Bis auf die erst am letzten Tag erfolgte Garten und Terrassenwartung (während unserer Anwesenheit im Haus). Und das die Terassemöbel und der Grill bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt waren. Sehr schön, ruhig und perfekt gelegen.

Beschreibung passt. Zwei Personen top. Da Betten dann okay. Zu viert etwas zu weich Matratze. Man rollt aufeinander zu. Alles sauber und zweckmässig. Kommen gern wieder.
