3 Week Stay
we really enjoyed the RV park! The people we met were so friendly and we will stay in touch with our new friends. Tara responded immediately to one issue we had. The only big drawback for us was that we found the mattress to be very uncomfortable.

Cute unit in a great park
You can't beat the location and the park was great. The pool was warm and the people very friendly. I play pickleball and asked at the pool if I could join in on some play at the 2 courts that are on site. They all welcomed me. We are probably fussier than most guests because we own and manage a 5 star property ourselves. The unit was well equipped with what you would need for a short stay. The mattress was soft and sinks to the middle but the funny thing was, I felt it to be quite comfortable. and slept well. Tara was great. We had a issue with the TV reception and she was willing to do what it took to correct the problem. We limited our wifi devices and the problem got better. Although we didn't need it, Tara provided us with a new heater because the furnace was not working. This place served us well for our short stay.

Conveniently located near Marco Island. The unit interior was, quite charming. The TV and Internet worked fine. There was no TV in the back bedroom. But there were issues: the heat never seemed to warm up the home. It constantly ran. Determining what light switches worked was confusing as well. The water pressure was good in all areas with the exception of the handheld shower in the bathtub. The stairs made it difficult to load luggage into the house, and the railing was not stable. The oven did not work because the propane needed to be changed out. The property owner told me to ask someone in the community to do it for me, since I did not feel comfortable changing the propane. We were never able to get that done. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and there was no room in the bedroom to walk around. The couch also was old and worn and sagging in the middle. Due to these multitude of reasons I left a day early. 🏠
