About this property

Newly renovated one bedroom house on acreage. Very Private and quiet with lots of wildlife. Treehouse setting with two decks overlooking creek and nestled among the oak trees. Located for easy access to all the great spots the Central Coast has to offer One mile to the 101 freeway.
No traffic on private paved easement road. Fully stocked kitchen with island, dishes, air fryer and more. Washer/dryer in house. Room darkening shades and King size Tempurpedic bed. Close to everything!

This is it!

The property was even better than described. It was spotless and no expense was spared! It was a little precarious turning into the driveway the first time at night but once we did it once we were fine. This rental is also in a perfect central location to everything in the area. The bed was very comfortable and we woke up refreshed each morning. It's a perfect place to stay for at least a week to be able to relax and enjoy all this area has to offer. The owners are a delight to interact with and very responsive. We can't wait to return.
