The Swanen Hus in the old Nordstrander smithy is one of the oldest and most beautiful houses on the island. The wide view to the west goes over the fields to the dike. It is located in the center of Nordstrand, next to the bakery, island department store and local government and only about 1500 meters to the sea.

The cottage Swanen Hus is 160 m2 and offers plenty of space for 6 people. On the ground floor are the three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen with fully equipped modern kitchenette and a dining table for six people and the utility room with its own laundry room. On the first floor are the living room with oven, a second living and working room and a second large bathroom. Guests also have access to a large private garden that extends to both sides of the holiday home.
