Hidden and Simple Montauk Home

This is a simple and sweet Montauk home with an arbor enclosed property and large private deck. What you are renting is the top floor. The basement is owner occupied and has its own separate private entrance. There are two bedrooms that have a king and a queen bed, so this house is best for up to 4 people max. The common area is comprised of the living room and kitchen beneath a vaulted cedar ceiling which makes for a great space for hosting guests.

When at the house you’ll probably be spending the majority of your time in the main living area which is extended outside by the large deck. Inside is a wide open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings, and many large windows that allow lots of sunlight in. The two sliding doors go out to the wrap around porch which opens the space even more. The kitchen is open and unified with the living area so whoever is cooking is still involved with the group. The flat screen wall mounted TV is visible from all points in the room including kitchen. The two bedrooms and bathroom are down a short hallway. They’re comfy and simple with tall windows that look over the front lawn and have AC.
